Cyrenians

Are you aged 60 or over and looking to meet some new people? Or do you know someone who is and would benefit from getting out?

Cyrenians OPAL (Older People, Active Lives) service aims to maintain or increase older people’s independence and well-being across the West Lothian Council area.  As well as one-to-one befriending support, they deliver a variety of regular local groups in the West Lothian area providing a welcoming and relaxed way of getting to know people locally in a friendly setting, sharing hobbies and interests.

A new Linlithgow-based group, called Linlithgow Nibble & Natter, is due to start on Thursday 2nd November 2pm-4pm at Longcroft Hall, Philip Avenue.  This social group will meet every two weeks to have a chat over a cup of tea and some biscuits, with quizzes and other activities included to suit the group’s wishes.

All are welcome!  For more information, get in touch with OPAL on 01506 815815 or opal@cyrenians.scot
