This Saturday (August 31st) sees the Transition Linlithgow Active Travel Festival take place at the Vennel library building.
As part of this, the Community Council Bus Group will be holding a public meeting at 11 am. This is to hear views on and discuss any transport problems about accessing the station and possible solutions including an improved town bus service.
A representative from the Scottish Government will be attending to give Linlithgow public an opportunity to contribute to their consultation on the new Scottish Transport Strategy. They will be there 10-11 am to discuss their National Transport Strategy. A spokesperson from Transition Linlithgow said, “This is your chance to find out more about the Strategy and how you can respond to the consultation!”
